Can individual user create their own instance for importing content?

Multiple instances can be created but they are not specific to a user. Anyone with the permission "administer social content" can manage all instances.

What you are asking would be cool but would require a significant rewrite

It would be nice to have each user be able to add his own social content.
It would also be nice to have each organic group be able to add it's own.
