Golf Field and Club Web Portal

Dear Drupal Community,

I am newly appointed IT Staff of a well known Golf Field and Club in Malaysia. I am proposing a Web Portal for my employer. For your information, I am not that well in coding in Web Application than tradisional c++ or Java software. So, in this case, I wish to pay or buy an existing successful web portal or web application for my employer, golf field and club.

My requirement is simple, I want add contents without doing any coding or scripting. Yeah, I am a lame web script-per, and I am sorry for that. The reason I am here is because Drupal is very well known of DIY tech in Web style.

The web portal requirements are as below

1. Information corner about the group, fields, clubs and events. You do not need to type for me. Just make sure you have live or real sample in it and I and my staffs will add the contents ourselves and replace it

2. Membership corner that we can sent invoice, statement, receipt, mass email, notification. This is a must as we want to automate our snail mail sending the confirmation, invoice, receipt, statement to fast email stuffs, that mean, the web portal must have a place for me send this stuffs to our members' email box.

3. A simple forum interface which just like Drupal Core Forum, but with more pretty UI abit. The intention is to let member to say how they feels about the fields (kind of related to requirement 1), and offer some tips in scoring in field

4. Do not use Drupal Default UI or Face, the web portal must have a nice and tidy interface backed by white background, dark color words like black, dark red, dark brown, and with warm color lines or borders. We do not ask for super duper vivid color scheme or theme, just make sure it is natural and nice to read and see.

5. All the menu choice and button choice in the first page must be laid nicely, that mean a nice template or theme. You do, can leave the administrator panel's template or theme unchanged. We want a nice web front, not back end.

6. Make sure your codes are cleans, no apha, no beta, only release version or has been deployed to a real golf company and we need you to deploy in a testing server to let us present your works to our managers, This is important, we do not want offline, we want online. And if possible, make sure your web portal is compactible to Drupal Language pack in Chinese, Indonesia, and Italy (if Drupal does have that language pack).

7. Finally, please no hard code works or scripts for us. We are lame in coding. I appreciate if you have try your hard to stick with Drupal Standard.

Above is just our simple requirements. We may need to add some extra things in the future and I believe we will pay for it. The most important is your works have been deployed. Of course, I will appreciate if you can list out your works' features at here for us to discuss which to choose. And please provide a testing site for us to test it on how it's look and how it's works. We will ask you for email or skype if we think you have what we want.

I have a tight schedule, we must have it in 2 moths time. For the pricing, we will discuss with you, in US$ of course.
