drag behavior not available in the mobile and tab devices, so please add the " jquery.ui.touch-punch.min.js " AFTER jQuery UI. so it slider will behave same like desktop.

Any update on this? It's affecting me too and simply adding the jquery.ui.touch-punch.min.js file as suggested above hasn't resolved it for me. Handles will not drag on mobile.

UPDATE: I had to update jQuery to 1.10 and then it worked.

Yes - just switched front end to jQuery 1.10 using jQuery update (also needed to include the jquery.ui.touch-punch.min.js file in my theme however).
