Sometimes you want to skip breaks and the time before the meeting starts. If we can add "skip chapters" for this, that is not displayed, the viewer does not have to see these parts.

These skip chapters should also be skipped when continuing into a skip chapter from the previous chapter, and the video then jumps to the next chapter that is not a skip chapter.

This will require defining a media_event type called "Break" that only requires a start and end time and adding a UI option so the end user could turn this on and off.

Once in place staff added a break from 1:30:21 to 1:34:05 and the user left the Skip Breaks option enabled, the player would just jump from 1:30:21 to 1:34:05 and show a quick "Break Skipped" as an overlay on the video

In the admin page there is now the possibility to add breaks. And then on post production in the event editor one can easy remove them.

Re-opening this issue, as the original idea was to be able to jump in the video when reaching the skip break chapter. That is, the video will not be edited, so the break will still be there. But Popcorn somehow needs to jump to the next chapter when reaching a break chapter, or when the viewer clicks on a point in the video where there is a break.
