Stop relying on field-item for selecting editable fields

If the theme does not output field-item class the quickedit module does not work for that field.

Some themes tha try to output simpler markup won't print field-item.
For example Omega:

My problem was with Zurb Foundation theme.

Quick edit need the field-item class:
Bartik theme

...

the Zurb Foundation theme only had simpler markup:

<div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden field-wrapper Array field" data-quickedit-field-id="node/701/body/und/full">

...

Relying on field-item don't seem too robust
