True, it's not Drupal, but the guy has been a d.o member for over a year. It doesn't follow a typical spammer profile - more like a really mis-guided post.

Then it may not be spam, but it's also not relevant to the section of the forum its in, nor to the Drupal forums overall. There are more appropriate forums for such a post.
