I'm missing a "Help" region in subthemes generated by AT Core. However, I can see this region is present in AT Core itself.
While deciding where to place the Breadcrumbs block, I found out that there is no region between main navigation (Navbar) and Features/Content regions. (See screenshot region-help.png).
I don't like the Messages region on top for this block (see screenshot region-messages.png).
Other choice would be to place breadcrums on top of Content region, but it's not full width because of sidebars.
Or maybe just relocate Messages region to be just below Navbar? (As we already have Leaderboard region on top of the screen)

Jeff Burnz CreditAttribution: Jeff Burnz commentedI think relocating the messages region is a reasonable approach. Actually one of the reasons it's at the top is due to how the page templates are generated, i.e. its very easy to stick it at the top at the moment because its not a region, its a variable, because I am waiting for messages to be a block: #2289917: Convert "messages" page element into blocks
Then we have a generalised help/messages region for both blocks. This could even be called "highlighted".
I'll call this a task, since it needs to be done before release. Good call.

Jeff Burnz CreditAttribution: Jeff Burnz commentedI have to write some docs around this, we need to get entirely away from setting magic variables in the template - so remove messages, tabs etc and use the AT Blocks module instead. However, at this stage Messages still can't work as a block in core, or at least I haven't been able to get it work properly, I do have Tabs and Page Title working as blocks and surely Drupal core will ship with all these things as blocks.
So, tl:dr - yes, we should move the messages region to below the navbar.
