Mandrill not use a template for module level such as using one template for all mails that send from user module.
I follow below step:-
Step 1:-
Add custom settings for module from Mailsystem configuration interface.

Step 2:-
Add template map from Mandrill Templates Map interface

gcbThanks for reporting this bug! It requires a little more attention for completeness than this patch, but a fix will be in the next release. This patch will resolve the issue safely for anyone who needs this fix right away.

hughworm commentedA slight change to the patch to allow the module mailsystem mapping to correctly override the "default-system" if that's configured in Mandrill Templates.

cycas commentedI think this hasn't been fixed in the latest version of Mandrill?
At any rate, I was unable to assign a different template to Views Send module than to other email sent via Mandrill, until I applied the patch in #6, which worked for me.
I am using 7.x-2.1
