I downloaded latest version. Site Title is still clipped in i.e. 7.

I attached a screen shot with a title of "drupal.dpitts.com".

Same problem here with 5.x... the cache is not enabled.

Just checked last version(5x-1.2) with ie7 and i see no clipping.
Try upgrading the theme and let me know if it works!
