The radix_sanderson and radix_sanderson_flipped layouts appear to work fine (they mimic the Panopoly ones), except that the icons are identical.

The radix_sanderson_flipped icon should be flipped vertically (where as most layouts are flipped horizontally), so that there are 3 regions on the top, and 2 regions on the bottom.

Attached is a binary Git patch (you can only apply it with Git) which flips the Sanderson Flipped icon vertically. You may have to clear your browser cache and/or restart your browser to see the icon change after applying it! Please let me know what you think.
