Guzzle 5.0.3 resolves a bug which prevents properly collecting of transfer info (https://github.com/guzzle/guzzle/issues/866). Those informations are very useful for profiling external calls and could be used by webprofiler module

Not spotting any changes apart from core/vendor so the impact here seems low. Also is in service of addressing critical issue #2203431: [meta] Various asset (JavaScript) libraries have to be updated to a (minified) stable release prior to 8.0.0 so looks good to go according to https://www.drupal.org/contribute/core/beta-changes.

Actually, scratch that, sorry. Reverted temporarily. This patch breaks #2363537: Update CMF routing to 1.3 and remove old code which looks like a much bigger PITA to re-roll. I'll get that one in and then this one will need a (hopefully easy) re-roll for the composer stuff.
