I'm starting with this theme and the first thing I need is to create a subtheme.

I found this https://www.drupal.org/node/1978010#file_structure but it has a warning message stating that it is "out of date" and also it is quite confusing to be honest.

Is there a simple step by step tutorial to create Subtheme for version 3.x?
