Still investigating this, but when I have Jquery Update set to 1.10 default, nice menu doesnt load. Other jquery items on the page also dont load, so assuming this is something to do with things having been removed from 1.10 that are being called by various modules.
1.7 works fine.

Same problem. The module calls jquery's $.browser property, which has been removed since 1.9.

I'd suggest upping the priority for this issue, as it makes the module unusable for jquery versions after 1.8.

I switched to SuperFish and also installed the latest Dev (3.0) version of jQuery Update to get rid of the msie not found error, this may also fix NiceMenus if you update to the bleeding edge of jQuery Update.
