Is there any way for battle voting system to be build like on http://www.ourstage.com/judge for drupal 5.x. There should be 3 options instead 7 (options: i like left video, i like both, i like right video ). when user vote for one video that video should get +1 and other -1. There should be available list of votes which should be displayed on for month votes, half year votes and year votes? how much should that cost?

If this is still an open feature request please re-open and assign to the appropriate project (lots has changed since 2008!). In any case this isn't a critical issue so I'm closing this.
