When I go onto the filesystem configuration page and set my site to use 'Amazon Simple Storage Service' as the download method, my site instantly goes to a WSOD. To fix this, I simply added this to settings.php to revert my changes:
$conf['file_default_scheme'] = 'public';
The thing it, there are no errors relating to this in my error log, so wonder if there is a whitespace issue in the code maybe. Does anyone else have this issue with the newest version of the module? I tried this with the dev version aswell, and had the same issue.
I have enabled awssdk and that appears to be fine as far as status report goes. And amazons3 modules config gives me errors if I put in an invalid bucketname.
Not sure what else to try with getting this module to work. I have just updated my drupal core to 7.31 in case it was that as well.
Any suggestion on things to try would be greatly appreciated.

deviantintegral commentedI'm not able to replicate this on the 2.x branch, and 1.1 has since shipped. Feel free to re-open if this is still happening.
