Once a newsletter has been sent, when I want to resend it out again...how can I? The checkbox for "sent' is grayed out, and on the admin page a "resend" link/button doesn't exist. What is the simplest way to resend a newsletter without deleting it and recreating it?

Simplenews newsletters can only be send once. Not resend.
If you know your way around the database, you can reset the status there. But that is not a noobish thing ;)
