At some point, the default fields built for a specific content type just vanish, so if you edit the 'x_page Default Fields Master Node' the message 'No Components, add a component below' appears, just as if none had been created. I have not identified exactly when this happens, but it appears to be after settings for webform are modified. For example, after changing the Default E-Mail Values From Address at admin/config/content/webform, the next time we looked at the default fields they were gone. This did not seem to impact existing nodes already built with the default fields, but the next time a new node was created it had no default webform fields on it.
Errors were noted after the webform was updated:
Notice: Undefined index: webform_node_types in webform_default_fields_form_webform_admin_settings_submit() (line 15 of /var/www/vhosts/summitinsight.com/httpdocs_ori/drupal/sites/all/modules/contrib/webform_default_fields/includes/webform_default_fields.form.inc).

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in webform_default_fields_form_webform_admin_settings_submit() (line 15 of /var/www/vhosts/summitinsight.com/httpdocs_ori/drupal/sites/all/modules/contrib/webform_default_fields/includes/webform_default_fields.form.inc).

Has anyone encountered this who can provide more information on what might be causing it? Is there a fix?

I will update this if I find anything more specific.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback and for a detailed description of bug. The problem was due to some differences in configuration of Webform 3.x and 4.x versions. So we have two branches now for each version.

Are you sure that this error is in the version 7.x-4.6 ?
I repeated the steps described in this issue, i.e. created a Webform with Webform Default Fields. Then changed default fields and created a new webform. All fields are not lost and there was no error.
If the error is, describe how you got it.
