Issue summary
When adding items or make changes (add, edit, delete item) to Work Tracker: admin/openatrium/worktracker the system says "The configuration options have been saved." but nothing changes. The bug is that none of the settings but "Copy for multiple” are listed after having visited a Space that was created using a Blueprint. This means Assign to users, and all vallues for Priority, Status and Types are not displayed properly.
Additionally what is displayed at admin/openatrium/worktracker depends on what Space was visited last.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a Space A with some sections to be used as a Blueprint
- Create a Blueprint from this Space
- Create an other Space with this Blueprint; say Space B
- Create a Space without using the Blueprint; Space C
- Add some custom Work Tracker settings at
admin/openatrium/worktracker: for instance a new Task Type - Go to Space C and check the Work Tracker settings: the new Task Type is listed like expected
- Go to Space B and check the Work Tracker settings again: the new Task Type isn't listed anymore.
Comments and proposed resolution
A temporary solution is to use the Worktracker settings on a Space level at group/node/%/admin/variables.

Argus commentedI haven't been able to reproduce this on a clean OA installation.

Argus commentedNote that the Open Atrium Work Tracker Feature has been reverted.
At the Space level, when overriding Roles and Permissions for that Space at
group/node/%/admin/variables, tab Work Tracker settings, things work perfectly fine. I can add other Types etc.Strangely when changing the value for a Space this way, these changed values are displayed on the general
admin/openatrium/worktrackerpage. Even after clearing caches and refreshing the page. But when I try to change and save anything on that page, the settings go back to the default. On the Space level, the settings remain preserved.

Argus commentedOk this gets weirder.
The settings at
admin/openatrium/worktrackerchange depending on what Space I visited last. Some Spaces restrict the display of Task Types.Comment #6
Argus commentedFinally managed to reproduce this on a clean installation of OA 7.x-2.23

Chompzki commentedI'm also experiencing a similar problem, when i'm changing values in the admin/openatrium/worktracker certain fields are still in the old version. For example if i add CAT to status i cannot select it under status when creating a task. Thou when i try to filter through User Tasks in the users dashboard changes are displayed.
