I many times build a custom menu that is structured differently for editors and publishers versus site admins. Is there a way to specific a different menu to be used for the navigation section of Super Nav? Or do you have a recommended workaround for this?

I've added this as a feature in the latest Drupal 5 dev version. You can set global and individual default menus to use.
