"My Ads" menu items appearing for anonymous users

The My Ads menu item and all sub items appear even if logged out. The anonymous user doesn't get more than read-only rights, but they shouldn't see these. I can disable the items for all users but I believe this should by default not display "My ads" unless the logged-in user actually *has* ads!
