I believe that in the .info file there should be
dependencies[] = translation
In the module is called function translation_node_get_translations from the modules/translation/translation.module

Otherwise you will receive
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function translation_node_get_translations() in /var/www/sites/all/modules/apachesolr_multilingual/apachesolr_multilingual.module on line 51
