I have installed it in drupal site, I found no errors. But,
When I manually reviewed you code, I found that you have commented all the functions in template.php and also most of the code in theme-settings.php. I suggest you to remove the unwanted code as the contrubuted modules/themes should not contain such code.
When ran the automated tests, I have found the errors in coding standards. So, Please fix them.
