When I try to add a selection rule or a context in the page manager the pop up form never loads, the loading animation keeps running for indefinite time. The screenshot of the browser window is attached.

This problem is only in selection rule and context sections so far I have checked. Overlay forms in the content section load fine.

Let me know if I need to provide additional details.

Have the same Problem.

I solved these troubles on my Site.

I changed at admin/configuration/...../jquery_update the version of jquery for administrative pages from 1.10 to 1.5.
Now Page-managers popup-windows are working properly.

Perhaps versions 1.7 and 1.8 are also adequate.
