There are a few leftover variables after uninstalling. Made a small patch that removes these as well.

kind of important, actually. Without removing those variables, basic actions like adding a user can result in 500 errors / WSOD. I did not personally have a chance to test this patch .. in my case I just re-enabled this module.

I've added smtp_allowhtml to hook_uninstall, smtp_debugging will be handled by #1937416-18: Watchdog logging verbose settings
