I upgraded to 5.7 to see if I could fix the issue I am having with RSS+Drigg to find out I can't submit lol..

Nevermind I think I found it.. I recompiled php a couple days a go and I don't compile all the things that I usually compile it with..
compiling as I speak I bet this is the issue I will report back.
