When I am checking out and direct to the paypal login page. there are different page coming out in different time. sometimes there are credit card selection which customer can pay with their credit card. but sometimes there is no credit card selection there, only ask you create an account and signup to paypal.

Please see attached images for 2 different landing page in paypal.

How and where can I control this situation please ??

btw, my paypal account is verified premier account, and email is confirm, bank account is confirm.

I think the decision about what to display is made on the PayPal side, based on the cookies stored in your browser. If you have cookies showing you have a PayPal account, then PayPal doesn't display the credit card information - that way they can "encourage" you to use your PayPal account rather than a credit card.

Try clearing your cookies and seeing if you can reproduce this.

There are no parameters you can pass to PayPal Standard to control this, as far as I know - as TR says, it does seem to be based on cookies and other information that PayPal determine themselves, and double checking the documentation provides no further clues. If you cannot figure it out, I suggest asking PayPal support.
