Are there any plans to roll out a new release in the nearer future? Wondering because I have been successfully using the 7.x-1.x-dev version for many months now, and the last release is already 1 1/2 years old.

It'd be good to see the 7.x-1.2 release, there's been quite a lot of changes and the dev release seems stable.

DamienMcKenna gave a hand on #1837084: Subscriptions UI module adds the 'subscribe' link on nodes incorrectly into 'node' group, which may be nonexistant and I hoped we could get that long-standing issue out of the way, too, but maybe not...

Why not releasing 7.x-1.2 now (3 years after the 7.x-1.1 release), and work on issue #1837084 to be fixed in 7.x-1.3 ?
