hook into Actions module

I was thinking that it would be nice if scheduler could un-check that nodes are on the front page. Then I realized that the Actions module did this, and that the Actions module cannot be controlled in a time sensitive nature. Hooking Scheduler into Actions would increase functionality of both, and reduce the amount of overlapping features.
