berdirAnd here's the patch.
tim.plunkettUgghhhhhhhhh
Otherwise, looks cool.
berdirYeah, #2163027: Type token returns in a typed data recognizable format :)
berdirOk, extended the node selection test to set the page title as well including token replacement support.
Moved the configuration down to the block display variant, doesn't make sense to have that in the http status response variant...
interdiff would be bigger than the patch due to moving/changing almost all of the previous code.
berdirah, page_title is now only displayed when editing them. so making the submit conditional too.
berdirI thought I added that...
tim.plunkettWouldn't this prevent an existing title from being replaced by an empty string?
Let's put an explicit @todo here
This shouldn't care about 'Node View' now
Comment #11
berdirOk, implemented as discussed, always display the page title and default to the page label when adding a new display. Had to init the display to make that work and have access to the page.
Also updated the tests accordingly.
berdirGrrr, take-newest-patch-from-current-directory-without-thinking-fail.

berdirRe-rolled.
tim.plunkettThe deriver issue went in.
tim.plunkett18: pm-2287733-18.patch queued for re-testing.
tim.plunkettThanks @Berdir!
tim.plunkettUghhh committed from the wrong tab.
tim.plunkettRerolled. Sorry for the confusion.
berdirAs discussed, I'm fine with leaving out the token UI and avoiding the module handler dependency, can also inject the token service for the replacements at the same time.
berdirOk, done as discussed.
tim.plunkettComment #30
berdirRe-roll.
berdirAnd another re-roll.
dawehnerMaybe adding a protected $token; would help ;)
I wonder whether it would be possible to use the default_options for that?
Not really sure about this change. This kind of makes it impossible to render a page as part of a breadcrumb given that _title and _title_callback is used in order to generate those. If you specify #title, it will always win anyway. I wonder whether you could either use the $entity->label() or even the page title in case there is no token in there?
berdir1. Completely overrated, I like the nothing more :)
Did not yet address 2 and 3, too tired to parse that.
This is already rerolled on top of the access/_page changes, so will not apply yet.
berdirOr it will because it was committed already :)
tim.plunkettI agree with #33.3, not sure what #33.2 means.
berdirNot sure about #33.3, I'd consider the page label an administrative label that you don't want to show in the frontend? And the page label is part of the display now, so we don't know which one should be displayed?
berdirReroll, not sure what you want me to do on 3.3 now :)
tim.plunkettRerolled
Comment #43
tim.plunkettWhy not wrap this in a conditional?
I think this could be kept, and just let the #title override it.
berdirReroll
1. Like this?
2. Ok. I think it is
wrongproblematic to expose the admin title like this, but we can discuss this elsewhere instead of blocking this issue for a few more months ;) Added back and fixed unit tests.Comment #47
berdirRe-roll.
tim.plunkettSorry for holding this up so long. Thanks @Berdir.
