Fraction slider does not work

I followed the instructions from https://www.drupal.org/node/1928730 and it was not working.
The 'jquery.fractionslider.js' was not included in the page.
So I checked these options in jquery muti config page
- Always load this jQuery library, even if no libraries or files are targeted to it.
- Always load libraries assigned to this version of jQuery.

After this my site was behaving weird in a few admin pages. Now when I go to the slider page, the 'jquery.fractionslider.js' was loaded but I am getting "Uncaught ReferenceError: jq190 is not defined "

Can you please give a details documentation for this module.

i made a view with this but the view gets empty when i select the slider as the format. Any idea why?
