Installation warnings: 'No module defines permission...'

same here, just doing a fresh install. will shout if anything is actually broken

I ran into the same problem when creating a site using Aegir.

Any word on this? Were there any implications? Is it still a problem on 2.21?

Happens also with Windows 8.1, PHP 5.5.12.

Anyone know if the warnings effect the installation in any way? I would gladly keep working on the project, if I would know that they are just warnings in this case.

They dont seem to, although a number of things on my installation didnt work (the Tour for example)

While i would love to use Drupal for project management and collaberation, I've gone back to using Redmine. In the long run i will probably revisit this, or perhaps build my own to tie in with the Once Click multisite stuff i've been finishing off.

This error message appeared today after I upgraded my BOA server from v2.2.9 to v2.3.0 today. After doing so, when I use Aegir to install the latest OpenAtrium, it installs new websites ok, but with those warnings in yellow within the Aegir interface.

The tour pops up and seems to work, but that's the extent of my testing and I must revert to BOA v2.2.9 because of this, for now at least.

Same here, some background info:

• installed the Open Atrium distro from scratch, Version 7.x-2.21
• on a fresh Ubuntu Server 14.04
• Apache 2.4.7
• PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.4
• mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.38, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 6.3

Here's what I did to reproduce the error:

• Installed the latest version of a BOA server (v2.3)
• Created a new Platform using the OpenAtrium Distribution downloaded from drupal.org, which was successful.
• Tried to create a new site, on the new OpenAtrium Platform, which gives the errors below.

This looks like a Panopoly dependency?

On two other BOA v2.2.9 servers, the same OpenAtrium installation process works fine, with no errors whatsoever.

This is dependent upon #2206961: Update the plugin attached to an existing handler.

Also, don't worry about these warnings as they have no effect on the operation of your site. It's just one of those things that sometimes happens in the Drupal installer where it has stuff cached so modules don't necessarily see everything that is available. Since this is in Panels, closing this for OA2.
