Hello!

I've created a sandbox project called Breakpoints JS that builds a JavaScript interface to use breakpoints managed by the Breakpoints module. It's build over the enquire.js library, what gives us all of this library capability and more.

I don't have the permission to make this sandbox a full project, so I invite those who have the needs this module would solve to help me approve it on this issue.

My idea at first was to improve the Breakpoints module itself, but that would add unwanted dependencies to this module and perhaps would walk out of the module's interests, so I decided to create this new module. Anyway, if the maintainers of Breakpoints find it useful, I would suggest to make Breakpoints JS a submodule of Breakpoints.

The code looks really good, I suggest you try to get full project access. Most are comment issues, so easy to fix.

I think the best is to keep it a separate project, once it's a full project I'll add a link to the breakpoints project page.
