Hi,

in which order of weight are rules executed? From low to high or from high to low? I changed my settings but couldn't recognise any difference.

Reaction Rules that are triggered on the SAME EVENT are executed in order from lowest weight to highest weight. If they are triggered on different events, then there is no notion of order.
