Support for UK shared cost numbers (0843) missing

While trying to add a shared cost UK phone number, the field didn't recognize it and it didn't validate.

The same number validates in this demo: http://giggsey.com/libphonenumber/?phonenumber=08438320135&country=GB&language=en&region=GB.

Is it probably not synchronized with the latest libphonenumber library from Google?

However, is it possible to skip validation and only format numbers if they have the correct length?
