Single PAGE FAQ don't need link to individual FAQ pages

I am using the layout "Clicking on question takes user to answer further down the page"

WHen I click on the question at the top of the single FAQ page, it takes me down the paghe to the answer. In the answer, the question is repeated and that question is linked to an individual page for that single question. Since I am using the single page layout, I don't want each question linked to an individual page. It should probably be that way by default, but at least I should be able to remove that link by a setting.
