Does the autocomplete feature on the city field actually work? If it does how do i populate it with data? Also, would it be possible to replace this textbox with a drop-down box that displays the city name of active listings with a number beside it that counts the amount of listing which are in that city? example; New York (5).

it does work but it only draws the city name from the listing city name. So to populate the city name autocomplete, just continue to add listings.

you will need to get someone to customize the drop down box for ya.
