I was hoping to use the drupal system message when creating and notifying new users. Can't seem to find a way.

I created a test CVS file with 3 columns: Username, Email and Password

I then "Send Email" without customizing message, as, "Welcome message to be sent to imported users. Leave blank to use the default message." But I then get error message:

If Send Email has been enabled then an email subject line must set.
If Send Email has been enabled then an email message must set.

So, I figure that I should run import without "Send Email" selected, figuring that module will use system email messages? But to no avail.

So, I'm stuck: either no message, or having to create custom.

Please advice.

This is a duplicate of #1962394: Default Welcome Mail cannot be used. That is has RTPC patch.
