I'm having double buttons show up on my product nodes for any content generated programmatically (in this case using Devel's Generate Content module).

I think I've traced down the source of this, and will include it in a patch with the next comment.

Here's the patch. The deeper issue of why this happens for generated content remains a mystery, but this seems to fix it for me.
