I am using the twitter module to import tweets, I updated to the latest dev version and turned on the img-responsive switch however when I go to view tweets page I get the following error:

Fatal error: [] operator not supported for strings in /home/drupal/public_html/sites/all/themes/bootstrap/theme/system/image.vars.php on line 17

If I comment the line out or turn off the switch I do not have the error.

Suggestions?

I used the same class in my node with the latest Bootstrap dev theme (this morning), but i don't see any error message on screen or in the log.

This unfortunately is probably due to some contrib module that has bad code. Attribute classes in render elements should always be an array. You could probably do a search for 'class' => '.
