Wasn't working for me either but found why. It was me. The module must be activated and configured here:
Home › Administer › Site configuration › Input formats › "Click tab:" Configure › "Expand box:" Invisimail email address encoding filter

I know it's written into the "README.txt" file but I propose to clarify it.

Second, even after activation and configuration I was testing the module but it wasn't working. Here is why, when creating a post the email will be encrypted only when using the SUBMIT button not the PREVIEW button.
