extension php_fileinfo did not eanble.

Hm, fatal error isn't a minor bug. We should probably add fileinfo to the list of extensions that we need, surprised that this didn't fail before..

+1. php_fileinfo isn't enabled on all distributions by default. Given this is a core item, it should probably be checked during prerequisites.

Hmm, fileinfo has been enabled by default since php 5.3.0. However, it's easy enough to add this to the list.

+1 to including this very minor check, especially for Win users, where you still must include the php_fileinfo.dll in your php.ini, even after 5.3.

This extension cannot be disabled on Linux based platforms, so that only windows users can test properly this patch.

I can not reproduce this error on Windows with disabled php_fileinfo extension. And looks like from #4 was just an analysis, without confirmation of the problem. Because it was fixed in #2387443: BinaryFileResponse can fail because the core MIME guessing is not added to the MimeType singleton.
