Reopening. Support for the postal code field is missing from the patch:

Otherwise, tested patch #9, seems to work fine.

Here's an updated patch that includes a few other missing fields.

I applied the patch but if I select an address field as the Control field, in "trigger state" there is only -none-.
Any ideas?
