Drupal 8 version

Here is initial patch for the module. There are some troubles with connection *.twig for the block, and I will probably fix it.
We(@InternetDevels team) are keen on further development of Block Theme module. So, we would like to be part of the story in future. And can you give me access to the repo (as co-maintainer)?

I'd love to commit it but it doesn't apply to the current 7.x-1.x branch. I think you worked on a packaged version of the module instead of the git repository.

I just pushed a 8.x-1.x branch (which is the same as 7.x-1.x for now), so please reroll the patch on top of that branch.

Hello, it is again @InternetDevels team, Dyvozir had not time for finishing this patch. So I made it. Module created with Drupal8-beta6. We still would like to be part of this module story). So, can you give me access to the repo as co-maintainer?

The patch from #3 applied cleanly to 7.x-1.x so I opened the 8.x-1.x branch and committed it!

Thanks for stepping up for maintaining this module, but unfortunately I don't have permissions on this project to give you git access to it, so we'll have to keep working with patches :(
