enable drush to install libraries

This patch should download the current latest version (4.0.3) of the library. I'll make another one that will always download the master version, but that will include other files not necessary to function.

Here's the one that downloads the master repo from github.

Just tested the patches, here are screenshots showing the changes.

(2 and 3 look the same, but the patch in #2 also includes other files like: Gemfile.lock, _config.yml and composer.json. The benefit though is that the makefile never needs to be updated.)

I have added drush support in latest DEV release (7.x-1.x-dev).

Note: I think you have copied .make file from "fullcalendar" module :-) I have changed that and applied.
