I seemed to have issues with the added bit in the 'add image' url so I deleted it. I don't know why the url broke.
Perhaps it's just Firefox.

It looks like your using an old version of the module. This has already been added. Good catch though.

Strange, I tried CVS and had the exact same problem... hmm.
