When updating from an old version without a title-field for imce images, the field settings are not updated properly. As a result titles won't be saved for older fields.

How to reproduce:

  1. Install an older version of imceimage (<= 6.x-1.0-beta2).
  2. Create an imceimage field in a node type.
  3. Update imceimage to newest version.
  4. Try to add a title, check node form afterwards, title field appears empty.
