Two clients have reported something to me which I've never noticed but I have been able to reproduce:
- Create two attributes
- Create some options for each attribute
- create a new product
- edit the product
- click add attribute
- choose an attribute
- click add attribute again to add a second attribute
- choose attribute
- click options
- at this point all options for both attributes are shown
- Choose some, but not all options for each attribute by checking the boxes, ensuring that a default option is also selected
- click save
Result: Every option in the first attribute reverts to being selected, despite the fact that only some of those options were selected.
I've tested this on two different sites and get the same result.

TR CreditAttribution: TR commentedI can't reproduce this behavior. I followed the steps exactly, but your "result" is not true in my case - the options I selected remain selected, and the options that were not selected remain unselected.
Perhaps you have enabled a contributed module which affects Ubercart attributes, and that contributed module is misbehaving?

RaySilver CreditAttribution: RaySilver commentedI deal with this problem as explained "all the time"! It seems like it happens only when there's an attribute with lots of options.. not sure what the threshold is but when there's one attribute that has a lot of options.. it happens almost every time.
Please help advise as this is defiantly a show stopper bug.
