Here's an initial patch on a D7 port. Block sub-module is supported, user and cck sub-modules are not.

Patch was a little rough, I'll have a better one soon with a webform submodule.

Ok, here's a shot at the patch. Currently Click2Call Webform is the most supported, with Click2Call Block included as well.

which version did you apply this to? I can't get it to apply. I tried beta3 and git 6.x versions.
