Add new simpletest directory location in example.gitignore file

Problem/Motivation

#2171683: Remove all Simpletest overrides and rely on native multi-site functionality instead has changed simpltest specific files location from sites/default/files/simpletest to sites/simpletest.

Proposed resolution

add sites/simpletest to the example.gitignore file that comes with core and update the related documentation pages accordingly.
