Instead of passing the paypal money from the buyer to the site owner's paypal id, configured in the e-commerce paypal configuration, I want to pass the money to the node creator. Is it possible to add paypal id to the seller-user's profile and then the e-commerce paypal modeule to pass that paypal id to paypal when making the payment?

This is not possible. What if you have products for more than 1 person, you have to make many paypal transactions.

This has been solved in v4 by creating a commissions module which will allow you to pay commissions to people.
